Ok here we go again! I love teaching these classes. 

Here's how it works. 

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE

I have designed a special sampler for this class, which will walk through EVERYTHING you'll need to know to create a piece of needle lace. I designed this one specially after my community lacemaking project, using a similar leaf motif. So if you joined in the community project, this class will build on the skills you've already picked up, and introduce a few new ways of doing things. And if you didn't join in on the community project, you can still do this class. We'll start from the very very basics. 

HOW THE CLASS WORKS

We'll meet on zoom on the 2nd of June for a little Introductory Session. I'll talk a bit about lace in general, needle lace in particular, and what we'll be covering in the class. We'll all get a chance to meet and ask any questions that you may have to start with.

Then I'll send links to all the pre-recorded video lessons, which will walk through ALL the steps to creating the actual sampler. You can work through them at whatever pace is the most comfortable for you. Pause, rewind, watch as many times as you need. These will all come with detailed photographic and written instructions too, which you can download and keep.

We'll also have three more live zoom lessons throughout the month, where you'll learn some supplemental stitches, get a bit more in-depth theory and inspiration, and troubleshoot your stitches. 

All these zoom sessions will be recorded and shared afterwards. So there'll be plenty of opportunities to catch up if you can't make it live. 

I'll also set up a little community group on Discord so everyone can share progress and chat.

CLASS TIMES

All classes will be held at 8am Sundays in SYDNEY time. Remember to check what that means for your time zone. 

For example, it will be saturday evening/afternoon in the USA and Canada, and late Saturday night in Europe.

HOW MUCH?

There are two options: 

Digital course 

or 

Digital course PLUS materials. 

Both options will give you full access to the whole course, pre- recorded, live, written, and the community page. But if you select the PLUS MATERIALS option, I'll make a little Materials kit for you and post it wherever you are in the world. (If you go for just the digital course option, I'll send you a list and you can gather them yourself.)
